On our fourth day of Bliss… 
You can't apply lipstick to dry crusty lips. They need to be soft and supple for the lipstick to look it's best. Prepping the lips is a must and a good Lip Balm is the way to do it, after a good scrubbing of the lips of course. Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 is a fabulous product that will keep your lips hydrated and soft for the perfect lipstick application or just a natural look. They even have a version for men Facial Fuel Lip Balm that has no shine which shhhhh my husband uses it so I often snag it from his pocket.
